During a 20-minute appointment, our Health and Wellbeing Advisors check blood pressure, carbon monoxide, BMI and discuss many different aspects of wellbeing. Aims: - Support staff to 'know their numbers' to allow them to make informed changes to their health and wellbeing by providing brief advice - Provide staff with their measures and give a takeaway booklet with healthy ranges and links to resources - Signpost staff to additional support as required and promote full NHS health check to those eligible
