Join us for the launch of the We Are Active Declaration, a Trust-wide commitment to making movement and being active a key part of health, wellbeing and prevention. Building on the success of the Active Hospital programme, the Declaration aims to create a culture where active body, active mind is embedded across our organisation, helping patients, staff and local communities realise the physical, mental and emotional benefits of regular movement. This event will celebrate the launch of the Declaration and explore how, together, we can make movement everyone's business.
