Join us for an online Better Together staff engagement session focused on flexible working, one of the key areas identified in this year's National Staff Survey. This Teams session is an opportunity to share your experiences, discuss what's working well, and help identify opportunities to improve flexible working across Northumbria Healthcare. We want to hear from colleagues across all roles, departments and locations. Your feedback will help us better understand what flexibility means to our workforce, the challenges staff face, and what changes would make the biggest difference while supporting both staff wellbeing and service delivery. This online session will focus specifically on flexible working and will be delivered via Microsoft Teams. 💙

These sessions are open to all colleagues across Northumbria Healthcare, regardless of role, location, department, or length of service. Whether you have positive experiences to share, ideas for improvement, or would simply like to listen and contribute to the discussion, we would welcome your involvement.
